INTRODUCTION

The area of management-employee relations is broad but is meant to generally cover how managers and subordinates interact and relate with each other to more effectively meet organizational goals. This course does cover management-employee relations from an industrial relations perspective; however, it does focus on how to manage conflict and negotiation in the workplace effectively.
