It provides you with the requisite skills and know-how to be able to successfully manage the facilities and related events in a variety of settings and/or circumstances. During the course, you will become familiar with the latest international practices in the facility
management and events coordination by means of relevant case studies, field visits to real-world facilities, the production of the facility and event management documents (including bidding templates and business plans) that can be used in your own practice,
and the development of sound risk management plans for facilities and event

• develop bidding documents for the events
• prepare business plans for the facilities and events
• appraise, develop and implement maintenance plans

• appraise the effectiveness and prepare recommendations for improvement
• prepare documentation to comply with the requirements of the Safety and Recreation Events Act
• prepare sponsorship proposals
• obtain and manage relevant human resources to operate
